Many high value ($200B+) state corps for sale (White Giant)

i have many state corps for sale. many have a value of 200B plus. all have been upgraded in efficiency and quality to 199+ (apart from the newer lower value ones). most are producing at 111%. current tax rate dropping from 5% down to 0% more population being added (10mil).
