Nicholasian Empire being given away - GM question (White Giant)

With the recent events my passion for the game has gone but rather than deregister I have offered my empire to a new player I have been trading population with over the last few months and seems to be a good asset to SC.

I want to see the game grow and improve and in a few years I may start again if I feel it is right for me.

All I want to know is 2 things from the GM

1) are there any security aspects I should be aware off before I do this (most importantly is my credit card recorded anywhere that can be accessed when I hand over my empire)

2) i would like to log in once or twice a month just to have a look around, not to change or do anything, just look (from the new player I will request the account's pw and login). Are there any issues with this? This part not too important but just want to know if OK or not?

1. No reason to worry. It only says you used Paypal and nothing more.

2. That isn't permitted. Two persons can't log in to the same account. But since we aren't taking any measures against now, and as long as it is sporadic, it won't cause any problem.

However, in a couple of months it will. To avoid that, you should just sell this player your countries through the cash market. You will have to retain at least one country in your account, though.

re point 2, I can just give them away? they change details to their details and only they login, will that be cool?

nicolisian, take a c3 and you can sell the rest of the countries. have him take c3 then buy the c3 from him for 65 gc, then sell him one for 50 gc, and so on and so on should go down without a hitch.
