WG Blackout - Saturday - Please Respond (Golden Rainbow)

It's Sat 10:15am EST. I can't access countries/ceo on White Giant. Sent email to ask why two hours ago, no response. Is this my account only or a universal problem? I CAN access countries/ceo on GR.
