That out of the top 100 almost all 25 of them are all in negative assets, of that half to two thirds of them are nearly 20-50T in debt, what is worse are all of them that are in feds, whom you'd hafta ask for permission of the leader of that fed to take them this week..otherwise, they are going to be sitting there, rotting..for a long long time..

If I do recall, the last Wendy C3 War with bud, slade, and I all began by someone (not even one of us) taking an inactive person in your fed without asking...Just stating history..

I also recall you BA offering me 3 times support if I needed it in case he fought back. But I'm sure I wasn't dumb enough to fall for that. Besides I kinda figured out the last shot game too. My counter is stellar. I think I only lost 2 out 15 countries in that scenario.
