Federation devoted to international peace and relief assistance (White Giant)

I'm looking to join, or create a federation of nations which are not interested in war but are interested in helping to develop struggling nations. I don't want to keep sending relief assistance to countries which may, or may not need it. Also, I can't see a lot of value in common markets for my country and would prefer to have this within a federation.

Navamin, seeing as war isnt really an issue anymore, as a "federation" ordeal you can join any Federation you choose, we all have helpful documents, and active players willing to help..I suppose If you want to poke around, Check out my empire and my federation, or just do what everyone else does, and join WGC.

Well, federations aren't currently very inclusive of what I'm interested in...but it might be the only avenue for now. I had the idea when I was looking at sending aid to a few countries. And, I did...but I wonder if they really need it. I will take a look around your empire. Also, I find the military to be a good way to use up some low level workers for the moment...so in a sense, they might as well be doing something. Is it possible to contribute them towards a federation without actually having to do any of the war stuff?

Please consider my federation- Nato. We are devoted to doing what you have stated. Please contact our chairman as we are currently looking to expand. You would be a valued member.

Not at the moment. The Independent State of Tanks is our chairman and I'm sure he is going to do that. We are small but quickly expanding.

There's not much more to tell. Our main mission is to keep peace in the international community, and that entails disaster relief. It also means we are not afraid to fight countries that are causing a disturbance in this international community. As I said, we are looking for more members, and you seem to fit the criteria perfectly. Request to join Nato (The Independent State of Tanks is our chaircountry) and refer them to this forum and I'm sure you will be accepted.

But a good disturbance is sometimes what is needed!

argh...part of my thing is I hate the war engine. I'd prefer to not use it until it is improved.

Okay, so here's the thing. I don't want to use the war engine at all, and there is no other way to do what I want to do, so I've made a federation entitle The International Development and Assistance Federation. I am not going to sign the war treaty, and I would expect no one else to sign it either. Perhaps this is best for economic players, such as myself, who are simply looking for some way to have a larger community that does not participate in the war aspect of the game. So, anyone can ask me to join, and anyone can petition The Kingdom of Navamin for relief assistance. I'll consider them. I'll just use this mechanism until the game offers something better for this.

I agree. I did not sign the war treaty for that reason. If a noble enough cause arose, I would fight, but I did not want to be entangled in wars I had no intention of being in.
