Nationalization/bidding (White Giant)

There is a corporation located in The Kingdom of Navamin which may or may not have an inactive owner. I've contacted the corp a few times over the past few weeks and haven't got an answer. Today, I informed them that we'd like to acquire that corporation (which is a Public Corporation) as the majority of the stocks are owned by the controlling enterprise, and as the value is very low, it shouldn't be a problem. Is this the right way to go about such a thing? I don't want to get a bad reputation over this.

Forgot to mention that I have not set a bid yet, and the condition which would prevent me from doing so would be to hear back as to why the production levels are so low. I'd prefer to not see corporations in my country wither away.

Your country, your game. If u dont want it in ur country ask them to move it, if they dont, bid.
