Green Inc (White Giant) has 600+ CEO corps in C3's that need better homes. You can pick the corp type you want relocated to your country if you want. The names of the corps in C3's now all begin with GIC3 if you want to look the list over.

Technically wrong, but I count any country with taxes over 20% as a C3. Looking for countries with taxes 15% or less and a stable work force.
