New Player, looking for CEO's 0% tax rate (Chupacabra) (White Giant)

Hello Everyone,

I am new to this game and trying to learn the in's and outs. My country is currently working its way to a zero % tax. I have plenty of population (or i can close a corp to allow you the population you need), and was really hoping to see if anyone would be interested in setting up an enterprise in my country. Let me know if you are, or if there is anything i can do to make it more appealing to you ! CEO imput would be very helpful so i can learn what it is you would like to see in my country.
