I get enough excess high tech workers every day to supply you for weeks.

Dunno if there's another way, but if you go to you're education index, go to education priorities and click on change profession. On the change profession page, there should be another link on it that says exchange professionals with another country. On that page just type in Skyria and you can trade workers with me.
I've still got more high tech workers I can trade away. Of course if there aren't any because they've been traded away for the day, just wait until the next day. |
