Hello. I started a country 10 game months ago... and my country is extremely short of high level engineers, I'm willing to exchange for High level workers... My education is still going up but i need somewhere around 522,000 HTE for full production. These are all CEO led companies.

Again i just inherited this country.. If anyone can help me out that would be great... Also if you want to take a look at my country and see if I'm missing anything else it would really be appreciated

I wanna thank everyone for helping. Just an update. We increased our business index from 46% to 82% . Unemployment has fallen from 60% to 40 %. Education, healthcare and profits are also increasing.
