There are plenty of messages around this forum on this subject i suggest you read a few of them.

the short answer is that although the game allows bidding of corps, most players will consider it a hostile act unless you message them first and reach an agreement over the sale.

I suggest you apologise to those you have angered and hope they understand that you have made a genuine mistake through inexperience. - some people have long memories and may catch up with you weeks / months later.

Mag. Since you are new at the ceo thing I hope some will understand and forgive this just once. I hope. First. Never bid on a corp in a presidents(player) country. Bad idea. It's a players country and has state corps that the player owns or private corps that someone else owns. This will be perceived as "hostile".

Bid on C3 state run corps. Check to make sure the corp isn't a private corp in that c3. After you win this corp then "relocate" it to a player run country.

Never bid on a player country's corps.

I know you are new to this ceo part, so please pay heed to what we are trying to teach you, which is the right way. IF you want to be a hostile ceo and have everyone bid on your corps then good luck. You'll need it. HEhehe.

Seriously. Playing ceo takes a bit of time to check things out before you bid. Even while bidding if you see someone else has bid on that c3 corp, I retract and leave it alone. too many other c3 corps out there to bid on. A whole world as a matter of fact.

hope this helps you a little.

If a bid is to old then you can not retract it. ONly if it's fresh can you retract.

Incorrect. My nation, The United State of Megnotata, is free for CEOs to bid, and build.

What is incorrect? Bidding on a player's corps without his permission? I don't think so.

As for your country Michael, you have many unprofitable corps and military corps that could be closed to make room for a ceo or two to build or relocate to your country. Since your country is still small in pop and young it will not take much to start making money.

Currently you do not have the population to allow ceo's to help you unless you close some corps or buy more pop.

Sorry, I meant with player permission. Any CEO's relocation will result in me buying population.
