Xbox, as I have explained to you a number of times: you are in Secured Mode and at War Level 1. You don't have any enemies and you can't be attacked. The same goes for Mrbob.

Why are you trying to persuade other players to attack each other?

Xbox - you could 'just say' that anyone in this game is your enemy. But if you want other players to take you seriously, 'just saying' things isn't going to get you very far. Especially when your fedmate, Mrbob, seems to be trying to start a world war. Which, by the way, is impossible given that half the planet is below WL3 and others are well above it and can't attack many other players anyway.
