Formal request for International aid

Below is the attached formal request for International aid as dictated by the Minister of Finance:

WHEREAS the Glogoth Territory, BEING a Self-Governing autonomous state within the legal confines of The Armed Republic of Glogoth, all attempts to reach the homeland for aid have fallen to deaf ears or The Armed Republic is unable to provide assistance to help our ailing nation and its people,

THEREFOR we the Glogoth Territory officially request that the World Security Council and in deed the world vote to provide our nation with International Aid in order to return our nation from the brink of ruination and back once again into prosperity.

IN CONCLUSION our request is of the most earnest one and require almost immediate action on the part of the Security Council and again indeed the world in order to help save our people

The SC won't do much. They will put a vote, and then general voting comes. I lost my vote, even though my aid was only 1T. The presidents voted down my aid, so I think you need to have a more self reliant budget. Join NATO for more information.

G, you don't need money, you need to rein in your spending. Your spending atleast 300B a GM you don't need to, on defensive weapons, and country stock.

its going to be hard to convince any one to just give you money, based on your hardship, when you wont stop spending money!!

i gave you some things to start with, then get back to me. but you've done halfish. under WL3 you are not vulnerable to attack. the defensive weapons are not necessary. and your offense is a bit discombobulated. i'm willing to help you, but a hand out is not going to save you.

I am trying to stop the spending but there are contracts I'm guessing that I cant find to turn off.. They keep buying the same thing... Beans and stuff... Its not like I do it on purpose lol

Country Stock is not wasteful! It increases money. Most of my income is from stock.

under trade, you'll see a country contract option, you can cancel your contracts their.

the one that i'd highly recommend checking out... is "order strategies," under trade

not what your looking for, but on the same theme, under corps, you will find an contract option.

Well I've done the best I can do... I have rebuilt schools set a good plan, but its taking a while for it to rebuild...

but you'll improve your chances if you sell off those military assets. i'd say keep the mrm, i'll help you use them, the fact that it is a slave country, also might vote it down, shrug, but you've atleast turned it around!!!
