Well, the government system of the new federation will be a compromise between democracy and dictatorship.
The chairman will be elected every 10 years, OR whenever a majority vote calls for a new election. The chairman will be the economic leader. Xbox will be the first chairman. His job will be to propose bills for the people to vote on.
I will be the Marshal, the military leader. The federation's military will be a dictatorship. I will be personally responsible for all issues in defense and war. Unlike the chairman, the Marshal is not an elected official. I will always be the Marshal until I resign. The Marshal cannot vote.
Since diplomacy will involve both our federation's defense and its economy, both components of the government will share power when discussing treaties. The Marshal will have the power to veto a treaty, but he can be overruled by a 2/3 majority if the chairman supports the treaty. If neither the chairman nor the Marshal support it, it will take an 80% majority to overrule us both.
This will be our new system. So yes, in a way, I am still dictator. At the same time, I am not the dictator. |

As Marshall of NATO I completely agree, Trumm if you place something on the table, we will graciously consider it in NATO, as long as Xbox stays somewhere safe for everyone, like not in power... And yes, the referendum in NATO is about to pass and we will proceed to break the Alliance with Xbox's WGU, we hope our allies, the IRP, follow suit.
As Marshall of NATO I will also begin referendums to open diplomatic relations with the WDU, if the latter is willing to play some diplomacy of course... |
