i need a country or two to join a common market i am about to create. all i need is for those countries to offer high quality (270-280) air transport, but limit how much of other materials that they offer.and of course if they need contract i can supply that. and for their troubles i will give each country 500B by buying 500B worth of shares from each countries corporations.
