ok i sent a request to salty lemon aid and medusa and hmws but the six fingered man has to low of a welfare. and bull and nobull are blocked from ceo's i would like to send corps to them but i can't, could you unblock them.

Skyria and Skyria II currently have a welfare index of around 100, though I am working to get that up. Tax is 0%. If you want to buy a state corp, go ahead and buy it.

currently 5% tax rate but will decrease eventually..no increase in tax rate will be seen, i promise that. Unemployment may not be high but is enough to open a couple of companies right now. govt salaries have been lowered so production and hiring wouldn't be affected and corporations could progress. unemployment will be increased furthermore. welfare 96 and rising
