Looking to buy companies

if you want to sell or ipo a corp i would like to buy it. but here are the requirements;

1. the corp has to already be in a country with welfare of at least 120.

2. for an ipo the value per share has to be less than $6,400

3. the outstanding shares has to be equal to or less than 6.4 billion.

if you have corps that meet all these requirements please let me know.

just to be clear, when i say buy or sell i am taking about buying/selling shares.
