Dinker Needs CEO's

I'm looking for CEO players to build/buy corps in my country of Dinker. Currently the
Welfare is 124, guarantee it will be above 120
Salary is at 300 min for added production
Corp tax rate is at 5% but can lower to 0% upon request
Employment is at 94% but guarantee full employment of your corps, Have another 2 mil workers on there way right now as of 8-7-12
