GPP name change

White Giant Pact, formally Greater Pegersus Pact, has changed its name. Along with the name change, we upgraded from a regional federation to a global federation. I plan on being on the top 10 federations in a couple of months. On that note, im accepting smart and active members. Thanks. Captain Crunch
