Alex, your Offensive Index is very high for someone who just started. I would suggest selling some of your toys first. If still in the red, I can see about getting you some aid.

Typical starters that buy excessive military the first year.... tsk tsk

Just destroy them if you can't sell them (and if you're desperate), offer Precision Bombers and their Ammo to other players that want them, those are expensive and can't be sold on the World Market.

i'm not really a typical starter. just decided to build a larger country before getting a larger empire.

The most recent proposal to send 2T to Kingdom of Kershaw silly at best and an abuse of security council resources at worst.

The country is 1.7T in debt, but has 9.5T worth of weapons and ammunition.

I'm usually supportive of aiding new players, but only if they really need it.

lol thats funny because kershaw constantly complains that the SC helps 100 year old countries who still stink while leaving new semi successful countries like himself with no aid

btw i want 2 trillion in aid so i can buy weapons and fuel the market

My country (Patrios) on WG is in a SERIOUS financial crisis. Is there any way I can get assistance with climbing out of this hole. As of right now, I am about 550.25B in debt. Would it be possible to receive 1-2 Trillion in aid?

It seems you're still a beginner (president since March, 3068) which means if you log on at least twice per day you'll receive gifts from the Gamemaster. These include cash, up to 3T, and population transfers. These gifts should last about 7 weeks. This should help pull you out of the hole. If you still need help let me know.

Also, it seems that you have a good size military and you have c3s as neighbors. I would recommend attacking them for their money or selling off some of your weapons.
