Land to Sea Missles

Hi, I need a whopping 2 to 5 Land to Sea Missles.

I can't figure out how to delete its use from my trade stockpile. I'm a landlocked country, so if anyone can lead me in the right direction I'd appreciate it. Country is MittensLost.
