Also, what's your ideal tax rate? I'm in the process of lowering mine(It lowers at a slow rate), problem is, I need to know if you'll be good on my end.

From the CEO's perspective, the lower taxes the better...but certainly never higher than 30% You make most of your money off of the resources used category and not taxes...but to be honest, I'm more concerned about welfare. I greatly prefer higher welfare countries, so if I were you that is what I'd focus on.
