I had a corporation in The Union of Universal that was fully upgraded, Advance Effectivity, but had low value, and was bidded on by Cooperative Enterprises owned by bigsatanloaf. I advise players to be aware of this enterprise, an deny any requests to build or relocate in your country, and ask another enterprise to build/relocate there, thank you.
