Meeting The Union and BME

For the record, members of BME were present for the 9 AM CST/10 AM EST meeting today (Sunday) with members of The Union. No one from The Union showed.

For the record, there will be no more said held meetings or discussions between BME and this group, who can't even be responsible to be represented.

They couldn't find their shoes (you'd taken them) and didn't want to turn up in bare feet.

No lol I stole their shoes after they FAILED to show. I have made it to where they will NEVER attend another meeting in their simcountry careers. ha ha ha ha

I dunno, I am feeling rather violent at the moment.........OFF WITH THEIR FEET!!!!!! They are a disgrace to THE SHOE.


ps. I was already grumpy at having to get up so early on a Sunday morning....being that I am NOT a morning person, and then to get stood up. Yup......punishable in my opinion. lol You dun interfere wif The Wicked Lady's sleep!!!!

I am not aware of the situation or meeting, but will consult in a moment with the Federation on this.

Seems Nico sent an early morning message to only one of our councillors, who was resting at the time. I would recommend earlier invitations to meetings (heads up), not at unreasonable times and a little consultation on what times would be suitable to our Federation. (9amCentral or 10amEst is Early on Sundays)

I find it discourteous that we are labelled irresponsible when your Federation set the time and just messaged one Councillor early in the morning, perfectly knowing that he might have not been awake to pass the message. If you want a meeting next time, we will discuss the time and schedule and if we are able to make it or not. Afternoons and late afternoons are suitable for my Federation. Accusing us of not making it to a meeting set up by you and only transmitted to one member of the Union, Minutes before said meeting is just ridiculous.

I don't think anyone would want to interfere with your sleep, but then again if they do, would it be in their dreams lol

Whether its bad communication or poor leadership, the message was sent a week ago. There were also multiple union members in chat last when we were discussing it.

If you struggle to get up in the morning to attend meetings, get a SC alarm clock, I heard TWL has some shaped as shoes going cheap at car boot sales lol

No, the blame falls entirely on the person that organised this on our side (Universal) for not advising us on time. And for the record, just because members are present on chat, it doesn't mean they will attend or present a proposal to go to a meeting, so do not generalise my entire Federation. As I previously said, if you want a meeting, its with several days in advance, a precise time and not in unreasonable mornings, like Saturdays, people actually go out on Friday night, I trust you all do too.

Also, Universal is part of the Council of Three, so he basically is still a part of the Governing Council... Along with me and Dyna, Chairman is not a title nor holds any powers besides inviting people...

Just arrange a new meeting - date and time to be confirmed, it's not rocket science rather than blaming this person or that person, it happened, get over it.

I agree. I think there was a lack of communication somewhere, and it happens. I really don't think there was any malicious intent to get me up early on a Sunday morning. :P

Ian Camaron, in case you aren't aware, it is common to use possession when it comes to referring to your country or organisation and many other things, as in "My Country, My King, My Party, My Company"... And not necessarily meaning its yours per se... But you didn't know that... I can explain what possession is as well if you don't know what that is either and its many meanings and possible uses in grammar.
