In the interest of International Relations and Diplomacy

I've just recently started playing this game, and I feel it is very much necessary for interaction and cooperation between nations, regions, and continents.

I am posting here to request that as many leaders from as many nations possible write to me. I would like to connect with my fellow world leaders.
