If anyone needs to trade some professionals to optimize their countries performance, just send some trade offers to my country of The Empire of Singh. I am interested in trading less high level workers for more lower level workers.

Please send reasonable trades and again if you are asking for higher level employees, do offer with more lower level employees as these do not trade 1 to 1 in ratios.
