Looking for New Corps (Gamemaster Please Read)

Looking for new corps in Valley of the Dolls. Lots of population. Tax rate in the process of dropping to 5%. Any business would be appreciated. The Gamemaster placed a state corp because of high unemployment and I'd like to remove it. Anyone know how long I have to wait? Or can the Gamemaster just remove it?

Ah, that corporation is likely the product of an automated flaw...I mean feature.

Go to automation, one option says "automatic building of new corporations" or something like that. Uncheck that box.

Actually, I'm getting messages from the Gamemaster that says "Corporation Built". It says because of high unemployment a corp has been built. It's very nice of him/her, but I would like him/her to stop. I'm building with my own enterprise and am trying (with little success) to get other ceo's to build as well.

I haven't played since 2008 and then only briefly. It seems like there are a whole lot of new "features". Still a great game.
