Enterprise looking for countries to invest in!

I'm looking for countries with favorable taxes employment and welfare, but I'm not going to be super picky. If you're interested, leave your countries name and tax rate. Also, welfare index and estimated amount of new corporations you could support would be useful information. I'm highly active, so will generally be available.

Tyrinaria, welfare 112.16, tax rate is still technically at 30%(because I didn't realize it could be changed), but I just dropped it to 5%. I can probably handle one corp right now, maybe two if I change some specialists down to low-level workers.

(I'm new to the game, so if you have any tips for me on how to be a better host country for you, I'm all ears)

Constantly adjusting workers if there's no room for you check back later I might have moved enough around to allow you to move in. Or just move in and I'll move around so there's 100% hiring. Also have some corporations for sale if you're interested!
