CEO looking for countries/corps

I am after countries wanting new corps built or even wanting their profitable state corps to be purchased.

I am wanting countries with a tax rate no higher than 30% and welfare in excess of 100and enough workers to fully staff any corps.

State corps i am looking for need to be fully upgraded.

I am looking at fast expansion and am willing to max out in the right countries.

Also feel free to check the homeland, similar stats. And honestly we need the private capital to revitalize things since an earthquake took out two or three CEOs a few years back. :p May have enough room for one or two, depending on industry.

5% Tax, Employment is only at 75% so plenty of workers, and wellfare is around 112%. I need more enterprises and am willing to purchase population transfers as needed to flesh out new corps. All my corporations are at 100% hiring.
