welfare is at 125, tax rate is 30%. i lost 3 factories so i can probably support 4 more. |

though before the earthquake i was planning on lowering the tax to maybe 25 -23% but i lost my private companies so i'm gonna hold off on lowering it until i'm back in the black. |

Commit to 20% tax and target salary of state corps to 200 and I well send corps your way once reforms are initiated. If reforms are in place I believe that I won't be the only one to move corps. You loss well only be temporarily my country runs at 20% tax and 0% profit sharing and I'm in the black I well place corps in your country until you have no pop left or I hit six |
