Academics, politicians, and citizens in every country may have been stunned by the massive wave of human migration that took place the past months. Global depression unlike anything we've seen before inspired millions to leave their homes and begin a long, dangerous journey across borders and continents. It's a phenomenon that social anthropologists have been scrambling to keep track of. But what's left them scratching their heads is not the reasons for the movement of people. Instead their faced with a seemingly unsolvable puzzle: where did all the people go?
"It's like they vanished off the face of the earth," said Nosein Bok, professor at Imperial University. "I watched them myself. Thousands of people heading to the border, never to be heard from again."
What makes it even more mysterious is this report mirrors those of every other location. Groups of people numbering in the millions fleeing their homes. Heading to destinations unknown. And so far, not a single report of them having arrived... anywhere.
When INN reached out to government officials, all we were told is that no one's been taken off the tax rolls yet--and the bureau will still be around to collect the yearly excise tax on hiking boots to fund the Fuhrer King's newest immigration campaign. |

"Left Behind?"

The latest update in this mysterious disappearance of millions. The Grand Poobah of the Imperial Cult has declared it was part of the end times. Combined with massive global catasrophe, recession, and earthquakes--the Grand Poobah said "the faithful have been spared." In addition, he indicated new age of prosperity and copious population compensation by the supernatural arbiters of our world are forthcoming.
Is this a sign that we are heading to even better days, or will this announcement by the Grand Poobah simply be a fantasy? More on this as the story develops. |

not sure why but i didn't suffer from that. i do'nt think my population dropped, i didn't lose any corps, in spite of no production my profit never drastically dropped(which makes absolutely no sense to me) and I never lost cash. |
