Accepting applications for Development Aid. Must be BELOW game level 3, AND have less than 20T in game assets. It is not first come first served, it will be based on the needs of the country.

This is absurd, since when are there prerequisites for handing out aid? Large empires can also be crippled financially, even more so after the recent meltdown.

If an empire exceeds the requirements, that empire should consider downsizing either through disbanding military, or closing unproductive corporations. What i posted is directly from simcountry. I also asked for a direct message so i know i received the request. If you find that absurd, you should submit a proposal to the GM's.

Hardly anyone ever asks for it, and if people do they have in excess of 2T cash, which prevents aid.

So yeah, we do not. It`s not for lack of trying, though.

And if I might add: It is a bit frustrating, too.
