An appeal for Untied Aid from Security Council

I respectfully request the security council to send Untied aid to Moosehead. I am a playing returning after a 3 year break. My country needs alot of cash to build schools and hospitals.

I just went to enter the proposal to provide "Moosehead" with development aid. I can not provide it as your net cash is over 2 Trillion. Good luck building your nation.

Moosehead general cash situation is at about 800 billion right now. I hope you can re evaluate the situation?

yeah but the game might not let such member provide aid as net cash includes stuff also like corporations cash, im not sure if its for all the empire as well. as you can see the empire net cash when you look at empire details.
