War level 2 fail

first war is easy

most of the time new players fail the 2nd one because is not that easy and it usually, i think, cant be won with starting army

if you failed your second war post here, while im member in sec council i will initiate an aid proposal for new players that discovered war level 2 is costly ))

Remember, to receive aid you must have less than 2T in net assets! Make sure you are before asking as it will just give us an error if we try and you are not
