After Due Consultation and messages from concerned parties and after due study of how the War engine works PvP System.. I'd be launching the Isolated machinery states on demand by requested parties.. Here a bounty will be placed by anyone through a DM for the annihilation of any Country.. And agreement will be reached and such Task Carried out... All Contracts or Missions will be highly Classified and only messages pertaining to contracts will be responded too.. Best Regards

The WGA and The Syndicate basically makes up everyone that is WL3, Belcher. There is one other player that is WL3 and they don't frequent the forums much. UDL recently (and violently) lost its only slave state that was WL3. Very few players does this threat apply to.

You cannot interact with players at your early stage in the game. Like Lee, you are completely safe from attack.

No long talks on the Forum, No treats, As long there's no bounty placed on you. you're safe... Once there's a bounty on Any of your States and the pay is good get ready to fight... (Parties can pay via bidding on enterprise.. Game cash)

The Isolated machinery States are only set up for Classified Deals or mission on a Direct message to my Enterprise or acc

Deals are highly Classified and top Secret and takes maximum of 2-3 weeks for Execution..

Yes, David, the weapon market tends to go a little dry when you declare war on nearly every active player. I do wonder how much Lee paid you to go after the Syndicate AND WGA after our last war, but kuddos to you man.

@Mathew Has David ever attacked or declared war on any player on WG?? I don't recall.. But I recall you attacking Active players, hiding behind the syndicate Federation and an Experienced Player.. which I know quite well without this covering you wouldn't last Long or Probably wiped off the map.. Actually David what I believe Matthew meant is when you returned you basically threatened the world when you mention attacking states at the request of a paying player. In result this caused world wide concern and has made leaders by military gear. In other worlds David you are the reason of the backed up military market. You mentioned Matthew not lasting long with EO. Who is going to attack Matthew in order for that happen. Seems like you blame Matthew for the last war between you all. When in fact EO and Matthew as federation declared on you.
