PRESIDENTIAL DIPLOMATIC PROCLAMATION No.3
As the President is the sole architect of diplomatic policies of the State of Marcos,
I hereby decreed the following
1) Declaring UNION STATE OF AMERICA whom their President JOEL be our State of Marcos Friend and Allies. Therefore we submit our assurance of cooperation both economic and defense.
2) We will allow UNION STATE OF AMERICA to enter their Foreign Troops to our country.
3) In cases of earthquake and other disasters. Monetary and non Monetary Aid shall be given to the People of UNION STATES OF AMERICA and also an a support to any VOTE in favor of what UNION STATES OF AMERICA will propose in the United Nations.

Due to persistent Economic Lost of 10 Billion Dollars. due to lack of Private Corporations
the PRESIDENT of STATE of MARCOS signed PRESIDENTIAL PROCLAMATION NO 4 which is known to be CORPORATION PRIVATIZATION ACT. which allows State owned Corporations to be privatized through sale at the given negotiable prize.
The PRESIDENT of STATE of MARCOS signed PRESIDENTIAL PROCLAMATION NO 5 which lowers the Profit Sharing of Profit from 70% to 50% to ensure that all corporations both state owned and private enterprises will prosper and will atleast have strong cash savings
The PRESIDENT of STATE of MARCOS signed PRESIDENTIAL EXECUTIVE ORDER NO 1
which orders all Military Offensives and Defense Equipment be deactivated Hence for the purpose of LOWERING COST OF THE GOVERNMENT EXPENSES. further to secure National Security. Armed Forces of the State inclduing its professionals and armies will remain active hence gives a high priority. |

which authorized the DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE to launch it's program "BELT and ROAD Initiative" this is to give DEVELOPMENT LOAN ASSISTANCE to all Countries and Private Corporations.

the President is still on deciding to PRIVATIZED all STATE OWNED CORPORATIONS
to lessen management and government obligations to these corporations.
