Financial aid please

Played this game entirely wrong the last time and now im trying to move forward on the right track and move my country in a new direction far as game levels and war levels. Im asking the SC for financial aid to do so and help from very experience players. Im not looking to join a fed or common market at this time only aid and advice. Thanks.
