PRESIDENTIAL PROCLAMATION NO. 1

The PRESIDENT of STATE OF MARCOS orders privatization of State owned Corporations due to invite private corporations and to promote free market economy over the state of marcos

The President of State of Marcos had a meeting with the National Economic Planning Authority.

During the meeting the Economic outlook of the State of Marcos will be projected to 1 trillion budget deficit during the fiscal. Year due to lack of cash funds to finance the daily expense of the government.

The President orders to privatized State owned Corporations with the initiative of China Development Bank to ensure accumulation of funds and to liberalize the market to be handled by the private corporations.

The President assures that though we are at slow economic phase. The State of Marcos will remain strong

Suspension of Labor wage increase to help. Entities to recover from expenses. And lower social security constributions to decrease cost

Sorry to hear you're having financial worries. I notice that you have 6 services corps scheduled for building, but only enough workers for 5. I wasn't sure if you ordered these or the automation did. The MINISTER of National Defense reported tk the President of certain members from the opposition trying to destablized the government.

The PRESIDENT issued Presidential Letter of Instruction no 1 which the President orders

1) Arrest and Detained immediately all opposition members who are proven to be part of the plot.

2) Ordering the Anti Money Laundering Council to freeze their accounys both foreign and domestic

3) Ordering the Office of the Solicitor General to file charges before the Supreme Court

The PRESIDENT call for a meeting with the National Security Council to assess the situation o on the Security concern in the country.
The MINISTER of NATIONAL DEFENSE reported that these opposition members are infiltrating many government agencies to influence government workers to uprise against the administration.
The MINISTER of NATIONAL DEFENSE assures the President that the people of the State of Marcos pledge their allegiance to the President even the Business community.

The PRESIDENT issued PRESIDENTIAL LETTERS of INSTRUCTION no 2 which orders the following

1) Ordering the Civil Servicd Commission to build a team of investigators to investigate all government employees who joined with the opposition.

2)Ordering the National Police to conduct checkpoints in all way of entry and departure of the

Following the Orders of the PRESIDENT in PRESIDENTIAL LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 1

The OFFICE OF THE SOLICITOR GENERAL who by the Constitution of the State of Marcos serves as the Government Lawyer and Protector officially filed a case before the Supreme Court against certain person who are initiator of plot.

The SUPREME COURT immediately scheduled the Session

There will be no tolerance to all who are taitor to the State and rest assured that as a country governed by laws. We will not let this Republic destroy.

NATIONAL CONGRESS

The National Congress condemned this acts of disloyalty to the State.

The National Congress moved and approveda Houe Bill suspending those certain opposition members on their duty as members of the Legislative Assembly until the pending case before the Supreme Court is dismissed.

The National Congress is joining the call for the Presidents' declaration of Martial Law throughout the Land to ensurs stability and Order throughout the State.

The President's assures the International Community that peace and order is deeply observed throughout the country.

MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE

The President call for a meeting with the National Security Council headed by the Minsiter of National Defense, Ministers from Foreign Affairs, Justice, and Civil Service Commission.

The Minister of National Defense reported the following.

a) The State Armed Forces successfuly neutralize the sympathizers. There were 4000 surrenderers that are now detained in the National Penetentiary specifically to the Special Prison located in a secluded island. There were asking for Presidential Clemency so that they could start a fresh beginning as a law abiding Citizen

PRESIDENT rejected the Presidential Clemency for now.

b) the Minister of National Defense also reported that Rebellion throughoit thd country is ended. However to ensure stability and rebellion will no longer prosper. He directly ask the President declaration of Martial Law hence granting the President powers to enact and

D) The Commissioners of Civil Service Commission who served as a Human Resourcr Department established by the Constitutionto regulate employees fired 2000 government who joined the protest made by the opposition who plotted to destabilized the government.

However the Commissioner also reported that these employees are seeking International attention to gain sympathiest that there were victims of oppression by the government

PRESIDENT ORDERS the Minister of Foreign Affairs to suspend and confiscate if possible there passports and ordering Bureau of Immigration to blocklist thia persons for there are spreading fake news. He also ordered the Solicitor General to study a possible criminal case to be filed to Court for their disloyalty to the State

The COURT EN BANC had a meeting to discuss the CASE 001-2023 Liberal Party Opposition vs People of the State of Marcos represented by the Solicitor General

With 15 Justices present, The justices voted, The justices voted 12-3 in favor of the government.

Therefore this court orders the following
1) Arrest the members invovlved in the destabilization plot and imposed RECLUSION PERPETUA or lifelong imprisonment in the National Penitentiary

2)Imposing 40 years of imprisonment to all other partues involved including surrenderees and government worker who joined the rebellion but GRANTING their petition for Presidential Pardon at the discretion of the President

I, by the power vested in me by the Constitution, I formally invoked the declaration of Martial Law to the entire State of Marcos

This proclamation attached with this Presidential Letter of Instruction.

1)Ordering all government agencies and personnel to strictly followed our commitment to the International Declaration of Human Rights

2)Orderding the Ministry of National Defense and it's attached agencies to strategically sent our troops to the borders of different point of entry and xit in every cities and towns

3)Ordering the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to secure our borders against any foreign aliens tryin to provoke or disrespect or interfer to our internal affairs u

The State of Marcos is greatly disturbed by the irresponsible statement of condemning the Government actions usinh the fake narrative of the opposition.

The State of Marcos government condemns this mallicious, and irresponsible and disrespectful of interferring to the Internal Affairs of the State of Marcos.

1)Immediate Detention of these foreigners to the National Penitentiary for Inquest Proceedings.

2) Calling the Ambassador of Union States to the State of Marcos to explain the intention for that matter.
