The People's Republic of China and the Theocractic Empire governed by His Holiness EO, hereinafter referred to as "the Parties,"
Reaffirming their commitment to the principles of global growth and prosperity, including the peaceful settlement of disputes and the promotion of international cooperation,
Recognizing the importance of mutual respect for each other's sovereignty, territorial integrity, and political independence,
Have reached the following nonaggression agreement:
Article I: Nonaggression
The Parties shall refrain from any threat or use of force against each other's territorial integrity or political independence.
Article II: Settlement of Disputes
In the event of a dispute arising between the Parties, they shall seek a peaceful resolution through diplomatic means, negotiation, mediation, or other peaceful methods, and if no agreement is easily made, will seek a neutral mediator agreed upon by both parties.
Article III: Confidence-Building Measures
The Parties shall actively engage in confidence-building measures to enhance trust and reduce the risk of misunderstandings or conflicts.
Article IV: Exchange of Information
The Parties shall maintain open channels of communication for the purpose of sharing information, particularly on matters related to security and potential sources of tension.
Article V: Territorial Integrity
The Parties reaffirm their commitment to respect each other's territorial integrity and shall not support, either directly or indirectly, any activities aimed at undermining the territorial integrity of the other Party.
Article VI: Duration and Termination
This nonaggression agreement shall enter into force upon the date of its signing.
Either Party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice to the other Party. Termination shall take effect ninety (90) days after the date of notice.
Article VII: Amendments
Any amendments to this agreement shall be made in writing and agreed upon by both Parties.
In witness whereof, the duly authorized representatives of the Parties have signed this Nonaggression Agreement.
Done in duplicate, in the Chinese and whatever language is spoken in the Theocratic Empire governed by his Holiness EO's languages(we have no information on this even as we are posting), both texts being equally authentic. |
