We recently became aware of a critical tea shortage in the Chinese Empire.
Original plans for tea provided by the Great Costa Republic have failed to provide the necessary sustenance for the Chinese Empire.
We are hoping some other player or empire will fill the void.
Good candidates are:
- Cantankerous
- Reckless
- Very good at talking down to bigger players
- Not very concerned with their reputation
We hope to see this void filled soon.
