Permanent State of War

I'd like to announce that after seeing some of the things JJavatar aka Lee aka Vladimir Lenin has posted in chat, that our two empires can be considered in a permanent state of war.

Players are free to express their opinions in chat. Players are also free to be offended, irritated, or angry in response. The constant irritation he creates and trash that he spews leads me to believe that he isn't the right leader in any of his slave states on WG.

I've been very patient, but I see no reason to be anymore.
