Ghost Garrisions

I been noticing that certain Ground weapons are not being effective like mid range missile batteries and few others. There seem to be Ghost Garrison destroying the batteries when I already took out the garrisons before launching the attack. I also took out supply units but they kept moving like they were not destroyed. In the report it say TG Garrision but I took out all defensive units in the country and the garrisons station.it also effect conventional missile batteries.

It could be helicopters.

Can you either post the full damage report you're talking about or list your country name?

I took out the helicopters in the very beginning.

39 soldiers were killed and 94 were wounded.
The War Index remains 97.67

I took out surrounding units and garrisons on the target. But there is still a defense.it happen in every war when I use ground forces. But not the navy or airforce.i took out all supply and defense land forces.

Yikes! Ill keep this in mind.

Thanks for posting - that definitely looks weird. I wonder what weapons were there. Did you use a long range radar plane to make sure there was nothing left?

Some weapons systems don't hit/destroy everything else. I checked your log and it appears you were clearing garrisons with stealth bombers, which could be the issue here.

Stealth bombers do not hit or destroy armored vehicles, light tanks, or light artillery. If you were relying on them to clear garrisons, they would do so except in the case of hitting those 3 defensive weapons. When you then attacked with your ground forces, those remaining weapons probably shot back.

Not entirely sure if that's the case, but that's my guess.

The attack was not large.

losses were light.

A large garrison could do more damage.

My question is:
were the many garrisons?
we have much reduced the number of garrisons.
we would like to know is more is needed.
