Bug with "Reserved for new Facilities"

One of my countries show workers reserved under "Reserved for new Facilities". However, I have no pending corporations (either Local or CEO). I have no pending trades to purchase anything. All corporations are at 100% employment. Any suggestions on how to clear the reservation? It's hindering me at start new corps.

Those workers are being held for manning weapons you've ordered or for working in schools/hospitals that are yet to be delivered.

Low level workers and mid level managers only work in the army as soldiers and officers respectively. Cancel your weapons order and those will be freed up.

Yes, I do not have any weapons systems on order. The workers being reserved makes it look like I order a corporation but i have not

Yeah this game is sorta buggy now.

I have a 300k pop stuck with this labor bug. No weapons pending.

Which workers?

Which country? It could also be hospitals or schools that haven't been built yet. When you click the trade tab, take a look at which products appear on the list for: "
Requested Products - Waiting for Offers on the Market"

I've yet to really see bugs regarding staffing. There usually is a reason. Not saying you're wrong, but I just have learned to not be quick to write off something I don't immediately understand as a bug.

The pending workers numbers can show pending workers only in cases where you have started building facilities and then cancelled them.

This happens now and then.
I will clear them up.

It should be OK now.
