CEOs- New nation with Tax being set to 0%, lots of employees

Hello CEOs, please consider building corps in my new nation of Megnotta. Lots of high tech workforce available, tax rate being set to 0% (still trickling down, but will get to 0% and stay there.)

According to when I played this game last, your corporations are much more profitable when they're, well... profitable and paying wages to my citizens than they'd make me with corporate tax.
