Can we work together to stop a hostile multi? (White Giant)

I would like to ask all WG players to join with WGC in neutralising a hostile multi-player.

seadragon1959 began by hostile-bidding on a number of corps owned by different players. He also spammed players with multiple contract offers that were of no interest to them. I contacted him and explained how it works. He apologised and said he would never do it again. Then he did it again.

He also started building nukes and began messaging such things as "Kiss my *ss"

WGC decided to persuade him to play nice and, during that period, one of our members messaged him to say that he "hoped the rebuilding was going well". Then seadragon1959 went inactive. However, he is still around.

Next thing, a new player shows up called josh1991. He declares on the WGC member who sent the 'rebuilding' message, for no apparent reason, and then sends the following messages:

I like the stomping idea better.I believe he's already had problems and been told the error of his ways. No need to say it twice.

I'm strapping my boots as we speak. He has been a problem to other players, as well.

There is a possibility that he may not be able to access the Seadragon1959 account any more, and josh1991 has only one country left - in secured mode.

I'd call that pretty much neutralised

He doesn't appear to have an active Enterprise atm, but please keep your eyes open for hostile bidding from him in future.

Actually, New Cania is his main, and is in war protection. The Empire Map shows hooker hollow as the main, but it isn't.

dubber, he's not 'back' ... his account is completely inactive. He hasn't logged into it since August when this thread was first posted.

hay i just looked at his page and it looks to be active. their is no note that states different or can you turn that off?

Is there a message at the top of his homepage saying The President was active in the last week / month?

If not, then he is completely inactive - over a month (more like three).
