I'm the president of The Empire of Kazan,Lynx Minor, I don't know what I am doing very confuse love the game.. I've started two war on two free neighboring countries the reason I don't know why... don't know how to stop the war from continuing... maybe I need a mentor or something to show me a few things or tow.. thanks in advance Her Highness Princess Kazandra...

To stop the war on countries with no presidents (known in game as C3 countries), all you can do is stop attacking. After a few game months (7 i think), war will automatically stop. You don't have to worry about the C3 attacking you - they never do.
