Anyone know how to pic your own here (Golden Rainbow)

like on your main page of your country...

what I mean is how to replace that presidents pic with your own...

go to setting>>>Upload images and sounds>>>>upload or remove president image, flag, anthem or welcome message

and that's how ya do it.
