State corps for sale and room for CEO corps (Golden Rainbow)

Hi - I invite bids on the state corps in Arthuria. Have also transferred in a couple of million population so there is scope for corp transfer / creation. Tax rate is currently at 12% - on its way to 0% where it will remain
