J John Fire (Little Upsilon) All worlds 24 Oct 2008 07:34Link In relation to cost and officers and soldiers required, I believe it is Missile Interceptor Batteries for weapons. Definitely max out on Fortifications first if you are just trying to raise the defensive index.
