Deserted corporations... (Golden Rainbow)

I have 20 corporations that I have built. There's a major problem: They are losing money hand over fist. Why? They are practically deserted. My average "Hiring" figure is about 25 percent! I went in and manually set all their Hiring to 100%, but without much success. It may have to do with the amount of workers I have. Forr example, I have 66K unemployed Hi Level Workers, but it says I need 240K for full production. Is that whats biting me?

Yes that is it. You need to either close down some loss making factories to free up workers or buy extra population. Once you have enough workers for full production your hiring will go up to and beyond 100%.
